Unique and exceptional, the global Masters de la Boulangerie competition will bring together the profession’s international elite. Inaugurated in 2010, this competition is part of a complete four-year competition cycle: Louis Lesaffre Cup – Bakery World Cup – Bakery Masters. Selected on their best scores obtained as individuals during the course of competitions or for their promising potential, candidates must excel, challenge themselves to try to obtain the coveted title and prestigious World Master Baker in their specialty.

During their training and the competition cycle, the Masters de la Boulangerie candidates have acquired international rare and unique international bakery skills. More than a competition, this individual competition evolves on three axes: building on today’s bakery profession to support it towards its future, to showcase creativity and innovations to inspire, to energize the profession to drive new trends. Rigor, professionalism and know-how are audaciously shaken up to release creativity and innovation.

Thanks to an extraordinary level of expertise, multiple layers of know-how bursting with passion and original techniques, innovative bakery creations, the Masters defend with conviction great values for the profession’s future: expertise, creativity, innovation, transmission and inspiration.
